Definitely the worst renting experience Ive ever had! There were multiple repair orders that I put in to the office they would ignore my phone calls and voicemails it would take days for them to get back to me. I would ask for certain documents from the office and they were unable or unwilling to email them to me or send them in any digital fashion. I will get hand written letters of approval for certain things that they would mail to me instead of calling me youre talking to me first hand. The property itself was owned by someone else and I was renting there while Coldwell Banker managed. The owner decided to sell the house and gave me 30 days notice to leave. I paid $1200 in security deposit and cleaning deposit and theyre wanting to take all of it after I had a crew of five people come through and clean the entire house wiping the walls cleaning the windows vacuuming shampooing mopping everything was spotless if anything all you would have to do is paint over some little screw holes in the wall from pictures and shelves… Not $1200 worth of work! ! I will never work with this company again and I would advise you to do some research or ask around before you do as well. Good luck

Our rental experience has been awesome. The ladies at Coldwell are great with communication, timely work orders with good contractors, and have been helpful for us to make this house a home. Cant say much for Merry Maids though, I think they suck and left a pretty big mess for us to clean when we moved in... still finding drawers and cabinets with trash and yucky junk here and there as we continue to settle... NONETHELESS Coldwell Banker Mayberry is a great group of people helping to make this community better. :-)
