We couldnt have been happier with Kathi Rafters as our agent in Prescott. Our house was not easy to sell as it is a bit unconventional and was on the market for just a year. We had several challenges, including a potential buyer whos house did not sell, low well production which required drilling a new well, and VA financing with an out-of-state buyer with many inspections and service calls. I cant begin to imagine going through this process without Kathi. She communicated every bit of information in a timely manner and was always available to answer questions and make informed and logical suggestions. She is very knowledgeable in every aspect of her field, and is not hesitant to search for answers from the most reliable sources for answers she doesnt have. She is always looking for the best contractors for her clients when needed. She worked hard to market our home in all the best ways possible. She made the process as simple and convenient as possible for us by utilizing the latest technology including Docusign. Kathi is very smart, hard working and personable and is part of a great team at Windermere. Everyone we encountered in the office was over-the-top helpful and kind, especially Dee and Kat. Not sure where to begin. My fears initially of course were that i would be stuck with a salesman all day long trying to talk me into the first, most expensive house he/she could find. Instead what i got was a warm, wonderful, experienced, professional, who was patient. I got Diane. She knew the town, the schools, the weather. She would point out all the upside to a house along with any downfalls that she might see as potential issues. too close to the road, driveway too steep ect. things that I, as a CA "flat-grounder" would have never even thought of. She would say "If this is not the one, we will keep looking until we find it." Then there it was, the home, my home. I Have never been happier with the home search process. If i were to ever move again, Windermere and Diane Sowinski would be the only ones that i would trust to handle something so important as the selling and/or buying of my home.

My wife and I had the best Real Estate experience ever in purchasing a home in Prescott. This was the result of working with Cheri Henderson. She gave us a one day orientation of the area which included showing us the various areas around Prescott, a sit down session discussing the community,and getting to know us. She was always available and worked extremely hard to show us homes that would be of interest to us. Her communication was excellent and she was always available for us.
