In a recent transaction, Windemere and Sean S. represented the buyers. Communication was poor and late. They (he) missed nearly every contractual deadline or communicated at 4:59 pm, requiring multiple extensions and a delay in closing. He failed to read the contracts in advance and did not understand the Home Inspection or building codes. There were multiple instances of outright deceit in communicating with the other agent about document signings. Phone calls and emails went unanswered or were delegated to an admin. If Windemere condones this kind of behavior by one of their agents, buyers and sellers beware.

In the late 2000s, I enlisted Ryan Evans to help me locate and purchase a home. He is very easygoing and likable and I insisted on looking at 50 or more homes throughout my search. He masterfully helped me through the purchase process. I would definitely recommend Ryan Evans as real estate agent for this area.

Amanda and Lana handled an absolute nightmare of a short sale (Bank of America sucks, but thats a different review) and a home purchase. These two worked incredibly hard to complete both and never once missed a beat. I would highly recommend this agency and these two agents in particular!
