James Waterworth found my Teacup Chihuahua on 3/2/17. She was in the road so he picked her up and put her in his car witch I am very grateful! So we put up posters on 3/3/17. On Saturday the 11th we got a call from one of his clients letting us know that he had picked her up and took her home. When we finally got ahold of him, he stated that he gave my dog to his daughter Alexandra. Then stated she took her to the vet because the dog was on deaths door. The vet found nothing wrong but told them she would need more care. Then when I said I would pay all expenses that they paid he changed the story hand said he gave the dog to a pet rescue in Prescott! When I asked him for the name of the rescue he refused to give it to me and said he would contact them to see if its possible to get her back. Im very happy shes alive, but I am the owner of this dog and he is refusing to give her back.

Used Richie Laser to buy a short sale in Maricopa. He, the title company and the selling realtor did NOT do their homework and even after going to short sale school, so he said, did not have clear title to my home. They told me I could move in so I drove 2200 miles in 4 days ALONE, with hardly any sleep, my 13 yr. old dog dying of Cushings Disease, liver disease, and a heart murmur in the back seat, I arrive with news that I have no home. OH well, he says, that is how short sales go. Do your homework Richie. I fly off the handle and then he GOSSIPS to my family about what I said to the bank. No breach of privacy, nothing. The only family I did have here is now not talking to me. All the family I left behind 2200 miles ago now know too. GREAT GUY!!! And he got paid for all this.
