Did not repair items as promised. Had to send rent via certified check each month which costs more. Promised entire deposit and then money was held for a supposed rent check that was "late" 10 months prior of which I was never notified. House rented had a huge problem with Scorpions. My pest control guy said it was infested. Property management company pest guy said no issues. At move out inspection, realtor tells me the scorpion problem was why the prior tenant moved out so quickly and this was not disclosed to me at the time of rental. I tried to reach broker on multiple occasions and they would not call back. They "lost" the rent check many months and would call me saying I had not sent it. Then they would "find it" weeks later. I do not recommend this realty company. Please contact me if you want more details as there is more to tell.

Very bad reality company like everyone else since we have moved in they have been trying to evict is. The girl at the front desk is rude and has no people skills. When we told them that the AC wasnt working they sent out their repair guy and he told them it was because of my dogs. The cords to the AC where ripped completely out from the AC unit and once again they said it was because my dogs ripped them out. They never informed us that we owed money still not even after they took is to court we thought we had paid off the money we owed but guess not. Seriously STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this place!!! they will mess you up. I hired them to manage a property in the city of Maricopa and their bookkeeper reported my rental income as employee / contractor income and got audited by the IRS. Spoke to them and they knew about the problem but did nothing to fix the issue, I had to hire an accountant to fix the problem and send them the bill and their response was that it was not needed to hire an accountant to solve the problem that I should have fixed it myself.

WORST REALITY COMPANY EVER!! Ever since we moved into our rental theyve been trying to evict us.. Now we go to pay and they refuse to take it.. If i could give it negative stars l would.. They also never changed the carpet or ever maintained the A.C.. They are horrible and corrupt and all they want is money and they dont care about the families they hurt in the process

Ahwatukee Realty falsley claimed several damages in the home that were present prior to moving in. They ended up keeping the majority of my deposit when I had left the property in the same condition it was when I moved in. Very unprofessional & shady realty company. I would not recomment Ahwatukee Realty to anyone. Wish there was an option for zero stars.

This company is wonderful and well organized. They do anything for their renters and owners. The bookkeeper is very helpful about information distributing and is very easy to communicate to. They are a wonderful team and if I could give more stars to them I would.
