These Jesus freaks have my $75 that I paid for an application fee for a house that I was interested in renting in Gilbert. I not onlywasted my time getting the application filled out, but in the end the real estate agent would not return any phone calls to me purposely because I ended up not getting chosen for the house. Tell me, what real estate agent makes business without their phone? I was contacting Debbie for two days and the best excuse she could give me was that she was tied up with helping other people when she new that I was living in a hotel waiting on this house. I finally got in touch with her because I had contacted the CEO, Jennifer, of the agency directly. I also think that it i s bullshit that I had my deposit down first and magically three other applicants applied for the same house 2 hours before the closing of the business day. Let me tell you, My wife and I have the the best credit score and heavy income, they just wanted the app fee!! This is how these agencies make their money, they collect as many application fees as they can as possible. Scammers!! Burn in HELL!!!

Ive been renting with West USA Realty for the last 3 years...and I honestly do not have one complaint about my experiences. Im not in the newest of houses and there have been some minor repair needs here and there and Debbie has always been attentive and quick to answer any question or concern and get a repair person out to help. The application process was easy, getting everything taken care of for move in was a breeze...and they couldnt have made renewing our lease any easier. I contribute the majority of my positive experience to Debbie St. Germain. Im in the customer service industry and I know good service...and bad service...and what Debbie provides is nothing short of amazing. She is prompt to reply (many times within a few minutes!), she is fast to act on anything that needs to get done...and shes just plain nice! There are too many people out there that just view customers as a hassle...Debbie is not one of those people. If you are looking to rent I would highly recommend West USA Realty...ask for Debbie!

After driving about 30 minutes to show up on time for an appointment, not only was I informed by Angela that I would have to wait for another hour to an hour and a half due to traffic, I waited 3 hours in total. I obviously drove around the neighborhood to get a feel for the community and went into a few shops telling her I am just down the road, but I would still get no response. After calling multiple times to confirm that she was coming, I would only get a full mailbox, unable to leave messages. Highly unprofessional coming from a real estate agent. If you are looking for a place to live, try and find someone who can actually be professional in their job. I understand life happens, but communication should be the most important factor before wasting another persons time. I am a disabled veteran who has a service animal that is not able to come with me. Traveling is not easy and you would think trying to transition back into the civilian life would be easier than this. -Kevin

My husband and I had a horrible experience with a realtor Merrill Jencks at Revelation Real Estate in Chandler AZ There was no communication from him, no support when we needed him in the sale of our home with problems from the buyers realtor, and I had to ask when to get movers. After we had a buyer he totally ignored us as if we didnt matter. He was supposed to be representing us. While putting our stuff in storage we told the realtor we needed to go back to get a few things. When I returned to the house the owners parents were there and would not let me in. They swore at me and would not let me in to get all my belongings. Our backpacks were thrown on the ground and I felt like I was being evicted. I would not use this realtor or this company. You need someone to represent you better.

When we had a buyer for our house the buyers asked for "price concessions" to help pay for their loan costs. When our agent, Don Hanson, presented this to us we were not willing to do this. He contended that the amount of $1500 was a minor amount and that we should not blow the deal for such a small amount compared to the selling price of the house. ($339,000) When i countered with, if you think so, give up 1% of your commission. He came back and said if we agreed to use him for the next house we bought he would. Well, we did, and he reneged on his offer claiming a verbal agreement was not binding. During the whole process of selling a home and buying a new one, agent Don Hanson has not, we feel, worked on our behalf as he should have and it has cost us.

I have been renting a property that is managed by this group for a little over a year. We almost didnt renew our lease, but we loved the home. After being here just one month into the new lease and having an issue we will not be renewing again. Every time something goes wrong we have to wait a month for a complete resolve. Last March there was a large leak in my roof and it took seriously a week before they started to fix it. There was a paint balloon on my ceiling filled with water. They refuse to take phone calls, and only respond to everything via 1,000 emails. I beg home owners to find a better place to manage your properties. It makes it a nightmare for good tenants to maintain your property!

Weve rented a property managed by West USA for a little over 2.5 years. They really have been a total breeze to work with. Weve run into problems, like a fridge that was warm, heater stopped working, leak in a bathroom, and all were addressed super quickly. Each time weve been responded to in less than a day, and usually within a couple hours, and then not long after we get a call from whichever service provider has been assigned and schedule a time thats convenient for us for them to come out. Our specific property manager, Debbie St. Germain, is very nice and always responds to our emails/requests quickly. Really can only say good things about our experience with them!

Trenna Farrell is AMAZING!! We are so happy in our new home!! She did everything she could to help us get into our home. She was always on time and very responsive. She showed genuine interest in our needs and wants for our home. She fought for us with our crappy lender. She was a strong negotiator and got us our house way under asking price with NO closing costs!! Plus she was nice and fun to work with! We have utilized Debbie of West USA Realty Revelation as a House Sitter for the past several years. Always good at notifying us when she makes her visits to our home and the conditions of the home at that time. She also, starts our car as this may sit for a prolonged period in-between uses. Whenever we are expecting a package to be delivered to our AZ home, we notify Debbie and she is great at looking out for this and bringing it into the house when received. Great to have her looking out for our property.
