Some pretext: I was renting from Tim Wright/Rentals Tempe until my property was one that got involved in some hefty lawsuits. E & G were appointed by a court to manage the property and take my rent payments while Tim was getting sued. Needless to say, the experience I had with Ben and Vince was extremely pleasant. Unlike the bullies/slumlords at Rentals Tempe, E & G Real Estate displayed the utmost professionalism and respect for myself and my situation, and consistently worked with me to answer any questions and help me understand what was going on. This company has very high standards exemplified by how considerate and approachable Ben and Vince are. They managed to make paying rent an enjoyable experience, even if we were late. If you are looking for a place to rent anywhere in the valley, I highly recommend E&G. They have great properties all over the valley with rates that will fit anyones range, and they will take care of you if you take care of their properties.

Ive lived in the Phoenix area for a number of years and have rented in a few locations. E and G has been the worst experience Ive ever dealt with. Over promising in the beginning and lies throughout the term of the lease. The moment you put pen to paper on a lease with them, they ghost and youre stuck with broken appliances, electrical issues, heating and A/C that doesnt work.
