My fiance and I really appreciated and enjoyed our time working with Malorie. She was great to talk to, as she did responded at a very fast pace. Whenever Malorie had a event or some other task she had to attend to that could have possibly held up her responding she let us know immediately, so we werent worried and always felt like her first priority; and she responded back as soon as possible (this scenario is very unlikely I always got a fast response and never felt that she was slow at getting back to us). Malorie also was very open to listening to our suggestions and getting us scheduled at a very fast rate to go see the houses that we wanted to see, and made sure it worked around our scheduale. She was also constantly suggesting to us new house listings that she thought we might like based off of our descriptions. Which I very much enjoyed do too the fact that theres a lot of houses out there and there might be a good one you could possibly miss. During the process of making the contract she was very open to hearing our suggestions and willing to work with us, but at the same time she was always willing to expreise her opinion; just to reassure us. Which I really enjoyed because I needed a professional opinion and she was willing to give it at anytime. All in all she was the perfect realtor! I would definitely work with her again, and will always recommend Malorie Brask to anyone in need of a realtor!
