Horrible, horrible agency to RENT from (we have no experience buying/selling through them). If you want huge outstanding utility bills upon moving into your new "home"... If you want holes in your doors and bursting pipes...a flooded room upon move in and nobody to help out until the floors are rotting If you want pest issues (generations of mice in your walls, for example) around your kids If you enjoy construction dust over floors, walls and ceiling upon move- in as well as unfinished work in your kitchen- If you like to be put off, blamed and yelled at as well as hung up upon when you are calling the "landlord" for help ...then rent from these guys. They are deplorable. They charged for a place in shabby condition, we left it clean for them. They kept our deposit and give no reasons. Careful with renting here. There is one agent that handles rentals- we were not impressed by him at all. Nobody else will take responsibility within this company and its a shame they call themselves part of Better Homes and Gardens! We have rented extensively in the past (big apartment complexes with few to no issues) as well as owned our own homes.

This lady brags about all her "experience" but clearly she lacks any expertise in personal relations. She has a tendency to talk down to you in a VERY condescending tone. She tries in futility to refer you to financing where she can see an extra dollar in her bank account. If you want respect from a real estate agent, you need to keep looking.
