Shopping online from across the country, I sent Century 21 NW a deposit for a rental home under their management. When I arrived in Phoenix to view the property, the interior was unsanitary. I asked they take care of the walls and was told to take photos of holes so that I am not responsible. The property appeared to be recently vacated with minimal if any cleaning completed. I believe the agency & their property management company was dishonest as I sent them the deposit in good faith before viewing and believed the property would be in good condition. I offered use the deposit for another property under their current management and they declined.
