Dishonest and unethical. A complete nightmare. My agent was in cahoots with the buyers agent of the home I initially wanted to buy. there was a cracked foundation that they (my agent and the sellers agent) tried to cover up. My agent needed to find a new agency to work for. She was planning on working for the agent who represented the home I initially wanted to buy until I found out about the major crack in the foundation. Furthermore. I had agreed to pay rent on the home I was selling to my buyers. They didnt want to move when I needed to move (when I had a week off), so I agreed to pay them some rent until they were ready to move in. I figured that way, I would have a longer window to move. But we closed almost three weeks late, and I still had to pay my buyers rent for a home I still owned. Plus, I was the one who arranged the closing. I was the one calling the title agencies and banks. There was also the issue with the washer and dryer. I thought I remembered that my buyers wanted my wish and dryer, but my agent said they did not. I asked several times for a copy of the contract between me and my buyers to see if the washer and dryer were listed on the contract. I never got the contract, and my agent insisted they did not want the appliances. When we signed the contract, my agent never gave me a copy. I moved into my new house, and a couple of weeks later when my buyers moved in. I was then told I needed to hand over my washer and dryer. My agent even lost the keys to my house that I sold. I had to go dig around in my things to find a key. Shouldnt the realtor representing the buyer have had a key in the lockbox, at least. finally, the new house I bought has had a lot of problems. the listing claimed it had new AC system, nope and it was installed incorrectly, too. The listing claimed there was all new plumbing, nope, had a 10k problem I had to fix and pay for. the first month I lived there. The listing claimed that they had all new windows, the house did but they all leaked. KW did nothing to help me out. It is considered fraud to lie on a real estate listing, buy KW did nothing to try to get my seller to pay for the thousands and thousands dollars worth of damages form things that were supposedly new. KW did nothing. I am glad I paid them almost 20 thousand dollars on commission for nothing.
