When it did, she went above and beyond to help us rapidly seal the deal on a home that was about to receive multiple offers. With her efforts, our full-price offer on a much-desired home was in place and accepted before anyone else had a chance to compete, and she helped us negotiate a good deal on closing costs and terms. When it came to remodeling and selling our prior home, Kristi offered us good strategic advice on updates that would help our home sell, and then she staged the entire place beautifully.
