Weve been looking at luxury homes for awhile. We were really impressed with Lexis knowledge of the local market and what was available to us. The professionalism in this office compared to some of the other companies and Realtors we spoke to really shined through. Thank you so much for your attention to detail as to what my wife and I were looking for. It is so much better to look at homes that actually fit the criteria I described to Lexi rather than be dragged along by some agent to homes that dont fit my criteria only because the listings belong to that particular agent.

My wife and I looked all over Scottsdale for a Realtor we were comfortable with showing our home with class and with the demeanor we think our home deserves in such a competitive luxury home market. I think it is that touch of class that Sandra Wilken and her agents add to the transaction that helps set them and the homes that they represent apart from other For Sale By Owner or what I would call barely represented homes except for the real estate sign in the yard.

All I can say is wow! I just requested some information on the Sandra Wilken website on homes in the Scottsdale area. I was shocked at the real estate I can afford now and the dollars per square foot that I can buy as compared to a couple years ago. I cant wait to arrive in Scottsdale and do a walk through on some of these houses.

I can not believe all of the homes in your luxury inventory that had a view. The last Realtor we worked with only showed us one or 2 with decent views which is most important in my wifes home criteria. Our Realtor from Sandra Wilkens office showed us at least 3 with beautiful views of the valley. Thank you for your hard work
