Cathy Carter is hands down the best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure working with. My husband and I started our search and couldnt decide whether or not we really wanted to make the move. Regardless of our back and forth ways, in over a year she never lost contact or seemed inconvenienced when we wanted to look at a property. Cathy found us our DREAM home!! And sold our prior home in 3 days! Yes, 3! She has a way of making you feel like you are her only client. She almost always answers her phone and if for some reason she doesnt, you hear back from her in minutes. She is professional and extremely knowledgable. She has an incredible way of putting you at ease during the sometimes (ok most of the time!) exasperating process of buying and selling your home. Plus, she is a straight shooter which I appreciated! Found Cathy from online research on real estate agents in Chandler. The information available on her website suggested her experience, professionalism, knowledge, and her pursuit of continuous improvement. I emailed her and told her what we were looking for in our search for our first home, and she emailed me back within a few hours with a list of houses that fit our preferences. My wife and I then met with her, and were glad to know that she was everything as advertised and more. I have a difficult work schedule, but she was willing to work around it. She is not an exclusive buyers agent (I have only come across one in the whole of AZ), but she definitely worked hard for me as a buyer. We ended up buying one of the houses from the first list she sent us. Needless to say ,we definitely recommend Cathy.
