I would be very careful when dealing with Steve Brown. He will freely give out unauthorized information with disregard to seller interest to make a quick sale. Questionable ethical practice especially when it comes to signed confidentiality agreements. I had the unfortunate dealing with his business practice. I would beware and be careful when dealing with this smooth and fast talking chameleon. To summarize him, I would say: Stupid, Incompetent, and not to be trusted. Fired him and his assistant. Never again.

Worked with one of their agents(Laurel). They were unprofessional and inconsiderate. They hid behind excuses and blamed their mistakes on other agents. Will not be using these guys for anything after that sour taste. Everyone makes mistakes, but one should at least take accountability for it.
