We just used Craig and his team to sell our house in Cottonwood Heights and find a new home in Sandy. First with the sell of our home. Craig came over to see our home and talk about what he does. There was no pressure from him to use his services. He gave us a plan of what would happen if we used him and he followed through on everything he said. I was especially happy that he had an interior decorator stop by to help us stage our home. Also the photos he used for our listing were done by a pro and really made our home look great. Id seen so many awful listings so I was glad we had one of the better ones out there. We had multiple offers and Craig helped us determine the best one. After we were under contract Craig helped us look for a new home. He worked around my schedule and my wifes schedule to make it work. He would always point out pros and cons of a home, things that we would never consider. These things really helped us to objectively look at each home. When we finally found the right place he was excellent to negotiate with some sellers that werent easy to deal with. In the end we got the home we wanted and are very happy. To sum it up I will use Craig in the future and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. Craig and his team are knowledgeable and on the ball; they followed through on everything they said they would do. He was easy to work with and great about helping us objectively look at things and letting us know what to expect. Im really glad we found him; he made a stressful experience easy for us.

Working with everyone at Action Team Realty has been awesome. All the staff were quick to respond to our needs, they took care of business and most importantly were very on top of all the tiny details (deadlines, paperwork, communication back and forth). Really made selling our house a smooth experience. Craig is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with and I would argue the best realtor in Utah. As a homeowner and a business man I most appreciate the perfect balance Craig has between meeting our needs and getting business done. He works to accommodate us in every way possible, but also insists on certain things because he knows it will work. He doesnt just let the clients do whatever, doesnt bend to our every whim. He takes care of business but is very nice to deal with along the way. He also knows that his best source of business is through client referrals, so he really wants to make sure everything goes well because it will secure him customers down the road. Cant say enough good things. Great job!

Craig Hawker helped us find the best house for our family and was our champion when it was time to negotiate the sale of our current residence as well as the purchase of the new one. We love our new home so much that we may never want to move, but if we do we know exactly who to call. We were in a challenging situation during a not-so-favorable housing market and Craig didnt try to get us just to buy the house that would suit his commission check (ultimately far from that). He screened several homes so we didnt waste our time, only showing us places that met our criteria. Also, something that I thought was so unique in a realtor, he sat with us for a question and answer meeting before we got started so he could get to know us as a family to know what would be the house that would make us happy. My experience with Craig Hawker as my realtor was absolutely fantastic. I was a first time home buyer new to Utah. I didnt know a lot about the areas or what I even liked. Craig was patient with me as we went and looked at properties to decide what I liked, what was important to me, what I couldnt live without, etc. He was always available to answer questions and ease any fears or concerns I had. He was honest when I asked questions. He made the process of looking at listings and seeing properties painless. I have told friends about him, some of which have gone through him to buy their homes and loved him as much as I do! Craig continues to help me when I have questions about my home. He doesnt just help you buy or sell. He cares about you as a person. When I go to sell and upgrade to a bigger home, I will definitely be going through Action Team Realty and Craig Hawker.

Craig is one of the greatest relators I have ever met. When we went to sell our house, he sold it for thousands more than we had ever dreamed of! And then got us an amazing deal on our new place--making sure all the little things got taken care of. We felt like he was on our side every step of the way. He and his team are personal, professional, and will go the extra mile. Plus, he has customer appreciation events that are amazing and we look forward to them! A bit over two years ago my wife and wanted to sell our house. We had tried to sell with another realtor about a year previous and nothing. Craig and his team were amazing! Not only did we sell our house, we had a buyer within the week and we got our full asking price, and Craig helped us find the perfect house to move to. I could not have owned my rental properties in Utah without Craig! Living in California and being a landlord in Utah was very challenging. With Craigs help locating a property and eventually(6 years later) helping me manage the transition from a very bad property manager to an eventual sale was nothing short of amazing! Craig is great! The best thing to me was when we walked out of a house and he would point out the issues he had noticed. Unlike most realtors I have worked with in the past who would go out of their way to make excuses for the issues I had noticed. It really raised my confidence in buying a home that I had toured with Craig. Craig was also surprisingly patient. It took us weeks to find the right place and he was right there the whole way, setting up appointments and actively touring the properties with us. As far as I am concerned Craig is the new benchmark of what a realtor should be.
