My fiancé and I have been searching for a new rental for some time, and we found one we loved through Faith Real Estate. We reached out 7+ times to see the house and do an application. We called and left multiple voice mails, reached out through listings on Zillow, emailed the realtors, and even sent a direct message through their website and not ONCE did anyone get back to us. I found the rental application online and was ready to just fill it out and fax it over without much of an idea on what I was doing, and decided call one last time before I sent it... SOMEONE ANSWERED! ... with the worst, "I hate my job" attitude. Told me the house had already been rented. Great. Not to mention the listing is still all over the internet as I type this. When I asked her why no one could let me know, she blatantly lied to me saying shes called me multiple times. Neither me nor my fiancé received single phone call, message, or email back from them during this whole process. Now we lost out on a house we had our hopes set on, and have to start this entire process somewhere else OTHER than Faith Real Estate. Dont get your hopes up with these people and their terrible service.

Year lease on a home in tempe, having no issues with Faith management. Faith and owner of the house took a chance on me with "approved credit", renting to me because i lived in a hotel for two years prior. If i had maintenance issues Ill let faith know so they can contact the owner to approve the work order. Faith with the owner approval would get the issues resolved in a timely manner. Ex. Had issues with a.c. unit during the summer, a.c. repair was done on that day or the next depending on the vendors availability because we all know every a.c. repair techs are working overtime during summer months. My experience was good and got my deposit back for taking care of a home that isnt mine. Take care of your carpets and flooring and walls especially lighting and clean up your yard and house when you move out. Little advice; Dont expect all or some of your deposit back if you cant take care of your rental because security deposit is used to fix your negligence. Thats a rule for any apartment or property management or thru private owners. Thank you Faith team including Jenny, Bradley,Michelle for your honesty and professionalism.
