Called about a rental property, "someone" answered but never stated their name. Very unprofessional when I asked questions. Tone of voice was incredibly rude. She didnt have answers to half of my questions. Ive worked in customer service for years and never have I ever been so heated just from a phone call. Changed my mind instantly on wanting to rent through them. Makes sense with these reviews. Get someone that knows their job and can act in a professional manner. Especially when all they do is answer the phone. So disgusted.

I rent from them and at first they seemed good and very friendly, but they tell you they will do stuff and they dont. Water was leaking through my ceiling all over my kitchen, I called their "emergency" line for help. No one answered, so I left a message saying the situation and sent an email to them. All I got in response around 2 days later was the phone number of a plumber... It just seems they dont care about their rentals.

Set up an appointment to see a rental. Woke up on the day of the appointment to a voicemail saying my appointment was canceled and the place was no longer available. I find that extremely rude after SPECIFICALLY asking if I should come in a day or 2 earlier before work because of the fact there were other applications and was told it was not a problem.

My sewer line backed up bad. My wife called Sara at the main office. She was outstanding. We had a plumber in no time. Roots had penetrated the line so bad that they had to dig up the driveway. Both Sara and the contractors communicated every step with me and my wife. Nice thing about it was they even cleaned up! Nice job.
