After one interaction with an agent of this brokerage, I would never deal with them again. Their agent, Lynn Rasmussen, verbally attacked me because of a scheduling conflict that I was willing to work around. He proceeded to tell me that I was unprofessional and that the property wouldnt sell because of me (keep in mind that this was the first time I had ever dealt with the man and I just recently became a tenant of the property). He swore at me,wouldnt allow me to speak by continually cutting me off, and then hung up the phone. I would be leery to deal with him, or anyone associated with him.

Sue helped me find my home May of 2013. She was with me every step of the way. Sue is very good to work with - she isnt happy until you are happy. She is very honest and will do what is best for you. Sue is involved with her deals from the beginning and stays in contact with her clients for life. She is very familiar with the State of Utah which helps people find exactly what they are lookling for. Susan makes my job easier as an Escrow Officer because her clients are always prepared and never nervous when they come into closing, they are relaxed and prepared for the closing. Susan does an amazing job!!
