Choosing to work with Sophie was, sincerely, one of the best decisions my wife and I made this past year. I cannot adequately describe in words what Sophie was able to do for us but I will try. My wife and I are first time home buyers and as such I had a million questions/concerns and a long list of what we wanted in a home. Sophie treated each question/concern as if I was her only client answered my questions in much more detail than expected. Further, my wife wanted to walk through every house (a small exaggeration) that came through, Sophie was always prepared with comps etc even though the list of houses we wanted to see was, at times, very long. The best is yet to come....when we found the house we wanted and were ready to make an offer Sophie was up until 3 AM putting together the offer; I know this because I was texting her at that time asking her to make small changes here and there. After the offer was made and accepted she continued to walk us through every step making sure that everything was done thoroughly. Last but not least, about a month after we had moved in Sophie called to check in and I had mentioned that we had problems with one of the companies we hired to do some work for us, Sophie, without me asking or even implying I would like help, offered to take care of it and for the next couple weeks followed up and got everything straightened out.
