WARNING!!! DO NOT!!! do business with Mohave Integrity Realty or the owner Debra Sixta. She should have looked up what the meaning of the word integrity is prior to placing it in her business name. They encouraged a handicap single female human being primarily in a wheelchair with terminal illnesses to live in a property located in the worst drug/meth neighborhood in Kingman & likely in Arizona (as reported on the news). Worse, in a neighborhood without a noise ordinance keeping this ill person from sleeping day or night due to massive amounts of dogs non-stop barking around the clock. If it couldnt get worse the small one room house (address is: 3680 E. John L Avenue Kingman, AZ 86409) on this tiny plot that is a total SINK HOLE!!! The handicap woman almost fell into one of the sink hole areas going up to 6 feet into the ground. When one of these sink hole areas gave way it went 6 feet into the ground & underneath only a foot or 2 ft was completely hallow. You cant support a person not to mention an entire house on grounds that are totally hallow under less than 2 feet of dirt. Several areas including directly under the dwelling itself are caving into the ground. They did not seal this house properly at all & every insect in the area made its way into the house in mass amount even when fully exterminated & sprayed. The house is nothing but glorified tent camping. The persons in the boarding properties are animal & child abusers; and, made many threats to this person while on the property minding their own business. The drug traffic was blatant. These people were abusive & harassing regarding this person being handicap & from day 1 violated this renters tenant, handicap, & civil rights. They unlawfully released information about this person to strangers in the neighborhood including persons that complaints were made about to the authorities regarding non-stop noise as well as animal abuse. Their response to the situation was handled by further harassing, threatening, & being abusive to this disabled person. Do not rent this property or do business with these people. They dealt with this handicap person directly in person & were fully made aware of the handicap persons situation & needs. When this person went to rent another home somewhere this realty owner wrongfully stated that the state of this plot being that its sinking into the ground was the fault of this handicap person. When the ground finally started caving in like this the hazardous condition was reported to the sheriff & fire department chief. It is so pathetic that the word integrity is in her business name. A lawsuit is in process

The former agent sold this property to the client. The title company unintentionally had the wrong legal description. This client "Jane" bought the house for $20k and rented it for a positive income amount for some time before the mistake was discovered when the former owner decided to sell the adjoining property. This case was settled for a large sum and the client retained the rental property. Unfortunately I was not made aware of the situation until after said agent was severed from my office. Once I became aware, I made sure I did follow through to the settlement and satisfaction of all parties. resolved in a timely manner to the benefit of the client.

Debra Sixta has led along for weeks, promising to make a Settlementto us for selling us the wrong house. Yep. The house advertised on the MLS by Charmayne Keith her agent was not the one on the Deed. By all accounts , and amazing , unprecedented mistake. Like mentioned the other review , we finally sued her.
