We were looking at a home in Kingman, we were told we could see it that next weekend. When we went in to look at it we were told they arent moving out until the first of the month. When the first came around, they decided they werent moving out but yet Kingman Realty Executives were extremely rude when we called to set up an appointment. Then when we got a list from them and asked about several other homes we were told we couldnt get an application on them until we look at them. One home became available and we went in that morning and asked to go see it, they told us they already had an application from someone who has rented from them before so they will not take any other applications. They were extremely rude and didnt show any good customer service at all. They said they take applications from people who have rented from them before, before anyone else. So basically, before you can rent a home you would like, you have to rent one of their other ones or the ones people who have rented before dont want. Its ridiculous, not to mention the people in the office are extremely rude and have absolutely no customer service. Basically kicked me out without even offering to help.

First, please note that they are also a property management firm so many of the negative reviews come from disgruntled tenants. As a Real Estate Company I found them to be exceptional. I referred a client to a very hardworking agent. When I had an issue that needed to be resolved by the Owner/Managing Broker, Jim Hubka, he was exceptionally responsive, able to handle a difficult situation with the utmost professionalism, very cordial and I could not expect a better outcome of the situation. I would highly recommend Jims company to manage your property or assist you with buying or selling a home. After working across the Nation in Corporate Real Estate for 30 years and encountering many companies and managers, I would highly recommend Kingman Realty Executives to assist you with your real estate needs.

Rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. I have had to move frequently as part of my job, and these have been the worst landlords I have ever had to deal with. Ridiculous fees to nickel and dime you, a refusal to do even the simplest things for you, and an arrogance that is unmatched. Please, please, please, do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Very polite until you hand them money, then they get dodgy and evasive. This is a scam to charge you hundreds in app fees, then deny you for petty reasons.
