I was a former agent for Prudential for over a year and thankfully switched brokerages. To share my story: 1. For starters, if your new here they completely have unfair commission splits compared to other companies. Ive been an agent for 5 years with good track record so I got a better split, but the fees are not worth what you get. 2. Your pretty much a tool here to promote and grow Mark Starks corporation with Jon Joseph/ George Head as the cheerleaders. The companies interest in not with the employees, but in trying to get everyone to drink "the coolaid" that they are #1 and everyone else sucks. They unfairly push there in house mortgage, home warranty and title company on the agents to use in there weekly "tuesday pep rally". Unless your into the real "corporate" atmosphere do not work here. 3, For the clients, realize everything that is being told to you is a Mike Ferry script and the agents are not in for your best interest. There are a few exceptions so its not fair for me to blame all the agents but your really better off going to a smaller company. 4. I shouldve known when I started in the training classes on Pebble when Forrest Barbee ( nickname should be "Klaus" ) came in the first day and threatened all the new agents that he would personally drive them to the real estate division if he caught them on any wrong doing. OH YEAH, then they let the class out early and pretty much let you out to go sell without proper training... Real good way to build loyalty and make you feel right at home!! They should reevaluate how they treat there agents. 5. Michelle who is the teacher at the Pebble office is by FAR the BIGGEST - witch with a B - in the entire LV real estate industry!!

I just cant say enough wonderful things about Maryann Hamilton and the Tonnesen group. Maryann helped me buy my very first home - I was so nervous and she kept me calm and explained everything four or five times very patiently. I love my new home! Thank you, thank you, Maryann!
