"Warrior Princess". You may think that Im exaggerating, or am simply adding some creative flair to this title, but by the end of our home selling experience, she well earned this namesake. I loved my home in Vegas, but the original buying process was nightmarish. I was very wary of getting myself into another realtor experience after what I had gone through several years back, so when it came time to sell, we looked at Leslies reviews and hoped for the best. Leslie was professional and efficient, immediately gathering data for us on what we could sell our house for and finding a fair balance between what we wanted and what was realistic. After a few showings, and a few changes to the listing, we found a buyer. Heres where it becomes more complex. I had thought that once you found said potential buyer and locked that down, it was simply signing a paper here, doing a requested repair there.... No. The buyers and their realtor caused a lot of unexpected drama that, while I wont get into, went well into the realms of surreality and got a bit psychotic at times. Again, I wish this was "creative flair" talking here, but there were days that it felt like a collective crazy was going on for everyone involved. Heres where the "Warrior Princess" part kicks in. Leslie will ABSOLUTELY fight for the best interests of her client. She shut that dramafest down immediately, and kept on it every time something new would flare up. She was not only brilliant at communicating our interests and level of patience, but made sure that we were not going to be taken advantage of. And by God, she stuck to it. She backed us up every single time with proper documentation that we had done our part correctly and the way it was requested, and our relationship grew over the course of this experience from realtor/seller to a friend that kept the process (and my sanity) stable throughout the experience. She absolutely cared. Let me reiterate that: She CARED about us all the way through. She went so above and beyond from what I was used to from a business experience (and even some people Ive known) to make sure that we got through this process. Ill be keeping in touch with her due to her compassion, fairness, intelligence, and sense of humor. Leslies realty experience is one of a kind. Get to know her. Listen to what she offers, and if the experience doesnt go exactly by the book, then know that shes in your corner. She is one Hell of a fighter for your best interests and doing what is right for her client. "Warrior Princess", indeed.

We contacted Leslie to help us find a rental and outlined our list of wishes. She told us she can definitely help us. Days went by and after contacting her again she told me she was going to California for a long weekend and would send us some listings. We replied with our list of wishes for a rental again. No word from her for over a week so I emailed again. She pretended to have missed our previous emails and said she would send some listings later that night. Nothing. Days went by and I reached out to her yet again and she finally did send listings but they were HOVELS that were absolutely unfit for human habitation. We dont have the biggest budget but we were willing to stretch it for something at least decent and she could not deliver on that and seemed less than capable of staying in touch or engaging with us. We were open about being a gay married couple and I think that is ultimately what her problem was. Bottom line her agency has the WORST listings and communication if you are looking for a lease. I guess if you are looking to buy a home then you are a priority but otherwise expect to be ignored and otherwise forgotten and have to chase these people for a simple acknowledgement that they even got your correspondence and understand what you are looking for. Dont let the positive reviews fool you like they did us! And as for anything we requested and the budget it was all negotiable so if they kick back with a "you expected too much for a small ($1,000 month for a 1-2 Bedroom apartment) budget" yall will know that these people are full of it!

We told her what we were looking for and not only did she get us a bunch of great options for homes with pools.
