Installed my entire roof in 2002, half red tile, the other half flat. Helped me manage schedule with other sub contractors I had at my house as well. The one time I had an issue with a drainage issue on the flat roof (2007) I called them and they had 2 guys out here the following day. I just installed Solar on the flat roof last month so I have been up there a lot, and even 11 years later, looks almost new.
