Dr. Homes and their team just finished our deck and front entrance and were 100% satisfied with their work. So first of all, thank you fellow Googlers for your reviews - they are the reason we ultimately hired Dr. Homes and were glad we did. The first word that comes to mind to describe Dr. Homes is "professional". They are reliable, on time, do exactly what they say their going to do and know their stuff. They protected our rosewood floors with cloths as they came and went through the house with tools on their way to our deck, they were very sensitive about our house in general. I trusted them to be alone in my house when I was at work - and this is a very big deal for me, it took me 6 months to give a key to my house to our dog walker (okay, Ive been robbed twice in my life so no scoffing at my paranoia). But back to Dr. Homes. So, aside from their great work ethic and professionalism, the results: our deck and front entrance look amazing. I am thrilled. Dr. Homes was not the cheapest quote I got but I felt very reasonable and in the end worth every penny. Dont mistake this to mean that they are high priced, their quote was very similar to the others. So in summary. HIRE Dr. Homes. You will not be sorry.

We suffered severe sticker shock with a recent roofing project by Dr. Homes. We agreed to a project that would take "two guys one day, so about $1600 plus materials of a few hundred dollors." During the project, several items were noted that needed to be repaired (replacing rotten wood in a couple of sections). Each time I asked how long it would take. Each of the five items was quoted at "a couple of hours," which translated to a $200-$300 to me. This happened four times, so I thought the project would probably double due to labor and materials additions. The second day, a third person came out to help, and we were surprised that they did not finish. I was told probably another half day. So, at that point, we knew it would be more like $6000. We were shocked when they did not finish on day three and were told they would need to come back for a half day to finish a few things. The fourth day resulted in 13 hours (over $1300 MORE). The total price was nearly $10000. We thought we knew what we were getting into with each new thing that come up. I cant recommend Dr. Homes for anything on an hourly basis.

Dr. Homes has been working on my split-level home for the past couple of weeks. Among other things he put a new roof on my home, replaced the old wood siding with stucco and the old aluminum windows were replaced with new vinyl windows. Dr. Homes was very meticulous in their work as well as in the daily clean-up of their work around my Home. Dr. Homes made small Improvements where they saw the need. For example, they put wire mesh in front of a garage vent to replace the old one that had been destroyed by an animal. They did an outstanding stucco and roofing job and even hauled all of my accumulated junk (rusted metal gates, a broken bike and lawn chair etc.) to the dump for me, leaving the house as well as the surrounding looking fantastic. As a matter of fact, the neighbor across the street from me was so impressed with Dr. Homes quality of work that he has commissioned him to fix his house. I am happy to give Dr. Homes this review as a letter of endorsement and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Michael is a scam. I hired him because I was impressed with how many reviews he had. But I got screwed. He fixed items that didnt need any fixing, didnt even fix the original problem that I had and charged me 5 times the amount I was quoted. I was told the job was going to take an hour which equaled $100. When I got the invoice it was $500!!! He had me sign a document that states that he can put a lien on my property if I dont pay him, so I have no choice but to pay him. There is no negotiation unless I take him to court which I dont have time for. He is insane, and is way overpriced compared to others. Please BEWARE! Dr Homes is a total scam!!! Do not sign the mechanical lien form unless there is a specific amount written on it. After being dissapointed in his services, i took a better look at his reviews and they are all the same. My guess is that he wrote all the reviews. I would never recommend Dr Homes to anyone. Please make sure you do your research.

Ive had Dr. Homes work on some projects for my 35 year old home. With older homes comes oddities and surprises that requires some creative solutions. I had some roof rafters reinforced by Dr. Homes and then had follow up work conducted to install a bathroom vent fan and roof gutter covers. All the work was performed as promised. During the rafter install, a minor accident occurred where a hole was punched through my kitchen ceiling. Mistakes occur - how someone fixes them is what matters. Dr. Homes did not take payment for the job, had the hole patched, painted, and blended with the textured ceiling the next day to my satisfaction. It was done really well, to the point where one cant tell a repair was conducted. All in all, for odd jobs on older homes, Dr. Homes was flexible enough to work with me.

I give Dr. Homes a 5 star rating for an overall excellent experience due to professional service, timely response, and most importantly achieving the results I desired in fixing my roof leak and other miscellaneous tasks my home so desperately needed done. I highly recommend Dr. Homes to anybody searching for a company to handle their roofing, electrical and construction related needs. Ive gone through companies before with unsatisfactory results accompanied by a ton of run around and I have to tip my hat to the Doc for coming up aces! I will be calling Dr. Homes again for all my household repair needs. Brian BpM

We had Dr. Homes replace the shower in our master bath when we moved in our home a little over a year ago. To this day, we love our shower! It was exactly what we wanted. Dr. Homes and his team went above an beyond to make sure our needs were met and accomplished our remodel in the timeframe that was promised! Their work is impeccable, their attention to detail, above the rest! We love our shower and cant wait to work with him and his team on our next remodel. Thanks, Dr. Homes!
