South County Roofing did an amazing job correcting all the issues found on my roof and doing the necessary maintenance to keep my house water proof for years to come. I worked with Brian. Brian showed up to my house promptly when he said he would, did a full inspection of the roof, and uncovered several issues on my roof that if I had left unchecked would have probably meant an entirely new roof. Brian gave me a fair quote and scheduled to have the work done. With rain on the horizon, Brians guy completed the water proofing work before another drop hit the roof and then finished the touch up work after the sky cleared. Brian provided pictures, documenting the entire job from start to finish. I couldnt believe the damage under the tiles and Im glad I could see that the job was done professionally. I have peace of mind that the job was done right. On top of that, all the work done is covered for 3 years in case any issues arise. From my experience, communication is slow. I was able to get a quick response using the online form on their website (within hours) but unfortunately I was unable to meet up with Brian on that occasion. After a few calls and left messages on various numbers I found on their website and Yelp, I received a return call. It did take over a week since the first call to line up an inspection. I asked Brian about the slow response time and he informed me that he works with a small team of well trained roofers and when he gets busy it can be difficult to get back to people quickly. Ive already recommended Brian and South County Roofing to family and would recommend them to anyone that needs the job done right. You will need to have patience when calling South County Roofing as you may not get an immediate response but the end result is well worth the wait.

I contacted Brian to help with intermittent leaks in my open beam ceiling family room. He concluded that the problem was some reflective coating I had added to the roof previously, but I had not maintined it for the last few years. The peeling coating was probably trapping rain and letting it find a way into the house. Brians solution was to replace this section of roofing with the lightest color shingles available, and instead of standard asphalt paper underneath, he used a roofing paper that would stay cooler and add less heat to the house. We picked the shingles, but then when Brian went to pick up the shingles, found a lighter color shingle available and made the correct decision to use them instead. There were some other potential problems with our roof, along with one vent that was leaking. Brian took care of all the work in a little over one day, and was very helpful and explained everything. The work looks very good. One caveat; it has not rained yet to test it out. I have every reason to believe the work is good and will prevent any further leaks.

Brian from South County Roofing was outstanding. We needed a roof inspection for a home we are in escrow to purchase. Brian came out within a couple days and did a thorough roof inspection, complete with a full report. Even after seeing the report, I had additional questions. Initially, we tried to address my concerns about the roof through e-mail, but when it seemed that e-mail communication was not working well enough, he picked up the phone and called me to discuss my questions about the roof and to give me more detail about its condition. He did not appear hesitant at all or charge for that additional time assuaging my concerns. He genuinely appeared to want me to have a good understanding of the issues, and it felt like he was patient and willing to take as much time as was needed to help me understand the roof condition after his inspection!

Brian and William have been a great resource for me over the years. I am a real estate agent in Orange County and not only do they provide excellent inspections and reports, but my clients have been pleased with the repair work they have provided post-closing. They are very responsive and always make themselves available when I need them. I recently had a client who was extremely impressed with how thorough Brian was while inspecting the property and appreciated that he walked him around and showed him every item that needed attention and how it would be properly repaired. Brian made me look great just for recommending him. I would recommend their services to anyone and would use them for any of my own roofing needs as well.

Loved working with Brian. As a broker, I used him serveral times to conduct a professional roof inspection for potential buyers. Ive found him to be very honest, sometimes reassuring my clients that what the inspector identified as an issue was in fact not an issue at all. His inspections are very thorough, from the inside and the outside of the house. Ive also used him for repairs and his prices are very competitive and he was even able to prioritize for me what roofing issues were critical versus those issues that werent urgent or were aesthetics only. Great roof repair! We saw three water spots in our ceiling in our living room that occurred during this winter. They were small but were getting ready to install solar heating for the pool and wanted to get the roof repairs done quickly. My parents and their neighbors had used them a year ago and had great reviews. I called them and they were out for an estimate in less than a week. They investigated and found the root cause of the problem and repaired it. they took pictures and were very professional. Hopefully I wont need them again for a very long time, but I would recommend them to all. .

We had roof damage from Raccoons living on our roof. The area they damaged was a very complex part where several portions converged onto a flat area. The rainy season was approaching and we were worried about leaks. Brian and has team did a fantastic job of repairing this difficult area and even went so far as to rebuild certain parts to make it better than new. (I dont know the terms for those parts of the roof) The work was done to my extreme satisfaction and reasonably priced. They are professional and and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I needed some roof repair when I sold my house and South County Roofing did a fantastic job. Brian very carefully explained what, why and how everything needed to be done. The work was done on time and the pricing was very fair. He was a pleasure to work with through the entire process.
