Our house was built in 83 single story ranch 1465 sq ft. Very simple rectangle shape. Well we had a leak and chose to have the tar paper replaced instead of the $30,000 replacement. We were told that they would reuse the good tiles and replace the damaged with new. The guys worked pretty fast but the roof looks like the tiles are spread too far apart and there are 10 tiles cracked and missing corners, the cement patch on the corners and caps looks kinda shabby. We also asked for them to replace the sky lights (the best deal) but were told they would use the smoke colored but they are clear. Asked that any fascia board be replace that needed it. There is always something not quite right one board was not replaced then were quoted $1,000 to fix it after the roof was done. I learned to go look at the houses the company worked on before hiring, take a drone with a camera! We work 12hrs and were not able to be at the house during the renovation but they could have called.

This is a professional roofing contractor with outstanding customer service. The response time, follow-ups and notifications from the initial consultation, to the roof inspection and to work completion was accomplished in a timely manner. They even provide before and after photos of the job. I was impressed with their attention in giving me important updates (via email and phone messages) and I never felt "lost" in the process. The customer support/service staff were all courteous and every time I called it seemed like I knew the person for quite some time already. Most importantly, their decorum in dealing with the customer leaves the impression that you ARE being taken care of and they back it up with quality work. Our town home community has been using Berry Roofing for over 10 years now. We have always trusted them with our roof and tile repairs. Customer service is an A+ and they always take care of the problem quickly. Jan and Jennifer seem to keep everything in check and always make sure to update our office on whats going on. We had an issue last year where 3 homes needed repairs quickly. The repair guys were very busy at the time but yet, Berry Roofing squeezed us into their schedule since our tenants had water leaking into their bedrooms. They were out within 24 hours to estimate the repair and had the roofs repaired quickly. I would like to give a special thank you to Geoff and his guys for taking care of us so fast. Over the last few years since I purchased my home, Ive been doing nothing but patching the tiles that fly off in the winds. I finally broke down and decided to invest in a new roof. I had multiple quotes, Berry Roofing was not quite the cheapest, but the products they sold me were worth paying the higher costs. Itll take a tornado to rip these tiles off. Im a difficult person when it comes to contractors and my house. My wife and I had been shopping for roofers for along time. We got bids from half a dozen contractors some where fair some wanted to rip us off. I had done my research with the BBB and the State license contractors board. Berrys Roofing has been around for over 20 years and that says a lot. They stayed in business this long because they know how to "Take Care Of The Customer". There Professionalism is top notch and when hiccups popped up they dealt with them quickly and I had no worrys. They where always on time, dressed appropriately, easy to work with. Berrys team is the best from the office staff to the field, and the price he quoted was the price I payed for what we spoke about. Do your self a favor and choose them you wont regret it.

Barry roofing was chosen because of the rave review from a family member. Her experience was excellent in every way, the roof, the clean-up, etc. however...my personal experience was completly different. The roof was done to satisfaction, but the interior of the garage was ghastly. Since the inside of the garage was not covered in plastic as it should have been, it was completly covered in thick debris. In addition to the mess inside the garage, there were long nails left in driveway. He eventually sent someone out to clean the garage, but not until AFTER the first clean-up was done. The clean-up continues to be ENDLESS, and I mean endless! The roof was satisfactory, but the mess was UNSATISFACTORY and disappointing.

We chose Berry Roofing to replace our wood shake roof because 1) They had done an excellent job with a neighbors roof some time back; 2) The estimate was detailed, leading us to believe that they knew their business, there would not be any huge "surprises" in final cost; and 3)Their price was fair. We are very happy with our decision. They did the job well, and attended to any concern we had. They were organized and efficient, and had the job done quickly. The site was clean and watertight every day. The results are very nice, wee had several compliments already. Ill readily refer friends and acquaintances to Berry Roofing any time. Ill start out by saying that I very rarely use contractors for any repairs to my home because of past experiences. But Berry Roofing is an exception. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. I had gone out and got three bids to replace the felt paper on my roof. The bid from Berry Roofing was not the lowest, but it included details that others did not. Fantastic! Excellent communications throughout the entire process and the crew that showed up to do the work were real professionals. I was so happy with the work that I called Berry Roofing back out again to install rain gutters.

Had repairs to two areas of tile roof and rain gutters as well. We had had a remodel done on our house about a year ago and the last big rain caused rain to seep in around an exterior door sill. The guys from the crew showed me how the original installation was incorrect and of poorer quality of roofing paper. Two days after the work was done we had a huge thunderstorm with heavy rain. Everything stayed nice and dry, and the rain gutters channeled the water away from areas that used to pool a lot. The most professional people I have had the pleasure to work within a long time.

Berry Roofing repaired a roof on an income property that I own. I had many estimates and some companies could not find where the leak was and others either showed up late or not at all. I have owned many income properties that are always requiring repairs for one thing or another. The staff with Berry Roofing is by far the most courteous I have ever dealt with.
