Nobody likes to deal with death. It has effected me more than I ever realized. My business with them is not yet finished so my review will stay that way too. But Anna is a very compassionate person & helpful to say the least. Some bumps in the road but none she wasnt willing to address. My review may change to 5 stars when all is said & done. NOT! There was no due diligence on their part to see who was responsible for his services. Being his estranged wife is irrelevant, its public record. They just accepted his daughters lame story & took that as authorization to proceed.

I submit that "Granny for three"s experience is truly, a "Dead Issue!" And, so What? The Guest of Honor" Did not complain - everything was just fine with them, and you save a few Bucks! What could be better? Great Mortuary Joke! In the Midwest cow Country, what do they call the Mortuary in the areas where a lot of milk is Produced? Answer: Udder Mc Kinley!
