This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. On the way to the airport we got a flat tire, we arrived at the airport at 9:30p.m. and the flight was at 10:26, the airline did not let my mother board the plane due to airport arrival guidelines, we spoke to Delta and they informed me that i had to talk to ITN, I have been on the phone with ITN on and off for 8 hours, Delta issued me a even exchange ticket which was no cost to me at all, but I had to contact ITN because they bought these tickets in bulk and therfore DELTA was restricted to the amount of information that was available. About 60% of the time that I called ITNs customer service, nobody picked up, i had to hang up after waiting 15 minutes on hold just so i could leave a message so they could apparently call me back. After finally getting through to ITN, via email because my travel agent Shane emailed them, i spoke with someone name ella at (12:50 a.m.) they Informed me that i had to pay $300 Delta Airlines Administrative exchange penalty, $250 ITN Processing Fee + fare difference which totaled to $598 to rebook my flight even after I told them that DELTA had left a note or as they call it a mark in the system notifying ITN that DELTA had issued an even exchange ticket. ITN then said that DELTA needed to provide them with a Waiver code that the previous 5 people I spoke to at ITN never once mentioned, so I called DELTA and they told me that ITN has their own waiver codes, finally DELTA took control of the matter at 6:30 a.m. after explaining to them how long I have been on the phone and the service I experienced, they re-booked the flight even though ITN said there was no way ANYONE could do that unless I payed the fees. Throughout all of this there was only one person that helped me at ITN and her name was Shane, my travel agent, in my experience she is the only person at ITN that cares about her customers... I am ashamed to say that I have received better customer service at WALMART And please ITN do not reply with a BULLSHIT response because I really am finding it hard to believe that you have been in business for 11 years with all the scamming you guys do...

The experience is nothing to write home about. My wife purchased a ticket to Sierra Leone to travel on June 3rd. when I received a notice of travel , I noticed that the agent wrongly spelled my wifes last name. And that was the beginning of our woes. I was completely messed up. I notified them immediately to correct the error. They insisted I pay $100 even though my authorization request showed that the agent was responsible for the mistake. They will not respond to emails or telephone calls.Eventually the flight was cancelled and I was asked to purchase a new ticket to be put on another flight. I had to skin myself to source for funds, and my wife was able to travel on 6th (3 days later) Their customer service is the worst I have had to deal with. They caused us more frustration by telling us so many lies They said I will pay $300 cancellation fee even though I never requested any cancellation. They told me they will take this amount out of my refund money and that I will need to get hold of the agent who made out my ticket and ask for my refundbalance. They lied that there was no seat available in my plane or in any flight for the week. As at moment, I am yet to get any part of my refund for the initial ticket. I write emails and I get no reply. I called Brussels Airlines and they say I am entitled to full refund from ITN. ITN distanced itself from any responsibility even though the agents represent them . They said the agent is responsible and I need to go to him to get restitution. If there is a problem with your booking ITN is not ready to do anything to help you or take steps to solve your problem. I wonder if they have any worthwhile name to protect at all!

Do I have to give ITN any stars at all?? My experience with them was horrible! I booked my flight and after they added all the fees, it was not much cheaper than if I had purchased directly from the airline, and had more layovers. Several hours after booking, I went online to the airline to check my reservation, and I didnt have one. I called my ITN agent, Wallas, and he kept yelling at me that I had a reservation, but the airlines sometimes hire stupid people, and it was late at night, so the reservation wouldnt be posted until the next day. Later that night he emailed me the confirmation number and the ticket number and said I had a reservation. The next morning, when my reservation still didnt appear with the airline, I called them and they confirmed that I didnt have a reservation. After a few minutes of searching, the airline agent said that she did see that I had a reservation, but that it had been cancelled by ITN. When I called Wallas back again, he began yelling at me and talking over me. I told him I wanted my money refunded and he said it would cost $350 even though I reminded him that it was less than 24 hours since I made the reservation. After talking to customer service, I did receive a refund five days later however, it cost me over $200. If stress could be measured in dollars, that number would be much higher. I would not recommend ITN to ANYONE! By the way, I then booked a flight directly with the airline, with only 1 layover, and it cost me $400 less. As an addendum: ITN did contact me and several weeks later did refund all of my money, citing a misunderstanding.

Before you deal with ITN, do yourself a favor and read all the reviews. This too can happen to you. There is a reason why all the reviews are negative. There is no transparency with this company. You deal with people with only first English names - Effy, Alvin, Shane, etc. Every agent has a very heavy foreign accent - not a problem but you learn that these English names are pseudonames. If you buy multiple tickets they send you a form for each individual ticket and they request that they call your credit card company while you are also online to verify the charges (this SHOULD be a clue that they are not trust worthy - what other company needs you to be online verifying charges while they are on the line as well)? Unfortunately I had a family emergency and needed to cancel my ticket - this was a nightmare, it took 4 days of calling and different agents telling us that they would call back and they never did. we were then sent a form where we put in "fake" information to start the refund process. Through the refund process I learned that ITN had added $300 dollars to what the airline sold them the ticket for. When requesting a refund I only received 20% and ITN took 80% in fees. Their customer service? I dont wish anyone to go through this especially when having an emergency situation. Read other peoples reviews - you could find yourself stranded somewhere internationally and cant come home unless you pay ITN more fees. Lesson learned - READ THE REVIEWS - they are accurate. Do yourself a favor and book your ticket somewhere else. If you decide to proceed with ITN - good luck
