Gone in on 9/8/16 to give AAA Daly City an chance to give me a reasonable insurance quote compare, to my current quotation for renew in five weeks. A Renewal quotation from my current auto insurance package that I receive 7 days ago, to be renew in another 5 weeks. AAA Daly City provided me with an quote comparison on my 3 vehicles and provided me with a quote that is 42% higher. There-fore their auto insurance is not competitive. Apple to Apple comparison quotes. There is no way, I want to give Tracy/Manyro (AAA-Daly City) another >$700 dollars for the AAA auto insurance coverage. No matter how much I love AAA.(member since 1986). Besides, they try to cheat me out of their "" Free backpack for a quotation" deal. AAA must be getting desperate, I hope Daly City branch is the 1% bad apple, because other office is lot more professional and willing to listen to your complaint.

The customer clerks at DMV services at the public counter are great !. There was a computer black out at exactly 9:30 am as the clerk was inputting info into the computer. All computers at the counter went black. Clerks informed every one in the line. Some stayed to wait, including me. At 10:56 am the computers started up again. The service is fast, except when the computer goes down. I reduced it from 5 stars to 4 stars due to the computer failing.

My family belonged to AAA for as long as I can remember. I have been a member myself for over 30 years. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else! The local office is convenient, the services are many, and the staff there is excellent. Bathroom is clean and well stocked when the old man (me) has to use it. I recommend AAA highly; especially this (Daly City) office. Good job, Everyone!

This place is great! I use this AAA for all my DMV needs. Title transfer, registration, insurance, replacement stickers, etc.... Actually, dont want to tell many people how great it is, because I want the lines to stay short. Never a long wait, always friendly and helpful staff, WAY BETTER than suffering through the DMV non-sense.

These folks are a special breed. Everyone is very pleasant while remaining professional. We went there because my dad was being screwed on his house insurance. AAA saved him $619 a year, and provided better coverage! Parking can be a bit difficult.

AAA nice place to pay off your insurance and Sonia parking if you come early in the morning I dont know how it is in afternoon but traffic and 80 cities you should crowded so get there early

They are going thru some inside renovations, there was a long line at the cashier but they were working fast and they were friendly, they also have a really good size parking lot.
