I booked a disney cruise through magical star and was promised an onboard credit. There was an issue and the credit was not applied to my stateroom. I contacted magical star immediately from the cruise ship and was told they would get a refund from disney and send me a check. It has been over a month since my cruise and I have not seen my money or any sort of update as to a solution. i also keep getting an automatic "we will respond to your email in 24 hours" response every time I try to contact them but dont get a real response at all.
