A great place to go if you have some old or unusual locks. Trudy runs a small one woman operation. High quality work. She does everything but, I go there for her very special knowledge of motorcycle locks & keys especially for old bikes. She also ALWAYS uses the C-O-R-R-E-C-T blank. Often other places made keys for me with an "almost-correct" blank & they dont work well. She spots this issue quickly. Ive went to her after other places made keys that "work" but, dont work every time or require a ton of wiggling to make them work. She made perfect new keys for my car just by using numbers found inside the car. At the time I only had one super worn out key that wasnt worth copying. Id say Trudy, while maybe not the wellspring of infinite patience on the phone, is 100% nice enough. Her prices are also 101% totally worth it especially considering the kind of jobs and/or old specialized locks I bring there.

I met Trudy a few months back, had I known she was going to save my life Wednesday I would have seen her sooner! Broke my key off in the ignition in the East Bay. Had it towed to Trudy (where she patiently waited for me, as she totally could have gone home way before I got there). She popped the snapped key out and made me three new ones in under 5 minutes. Truly a master of her Kraft. Thanks Trudy!!

Trudy is awesome. I lost the keys to my bike, called Trudy to see if she could help me out. She suggested I have it towed to her shop which I did at 1pm. Then I called her at 2.30pm to find out how long it would take her to make the new keys. And...she already had them made. I was expecting a few day at least. Im very impressed, and the price was almost exactly what I expected. Thanks Trudy!!

Got a set of keys duplicated at Key Craft. The lady was really friendly, she made two duplicates of the set in under 5 min, and they worked perfectly. If you ever need to get your keys duplicated and live somewhat close in SF, I highly recommend this place.

Needed a key for a 93 Suzuki GS500. Thought it would be complicated because I was told not to go to a big chain hardware store since they wouldnt have the right blanks. The lady at Key Kraft had the correct blank and did it in a couple minutes!
