Called got put on hold, gave my number for them to call back, they did not. Next day I call again get put through to some one who a giant asks for my number to call me back. After explainingredients that Id done that already they requested instead email them. I wanted keys for my motorcycle made as Id lost them and was told to bring in the ignition assembly if I wanted the job done. Id say their customer service was subpar and overall the services they offered inconceivable unless I was willing to disassemble my bike or have it towed to their shop. I ended up going to Sevan who responded with one phone call and showed up when they said they would.

Dude made a key for my tonneau cover. It had broken off. He pieced it together and fixed the problem. These guys are total pros. You can tell they know what theyre doing the moment they begin speaking with you. The cost was surprisingly low and they had some cool security gadgets in the retail section. Stuff that I never thought about securing, they can secure it. I prefer high quality and service. These guys do it right.

This place is top-notch. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, prompt and quality service. We got a great breakdwpn of options for replacing our locks, balancing the best security with affordability--they dont just try to sell you the most expensive option. Well definitely be using these guys for any lock needs we have in the future.

600$ to install an 85lb safe. That was more than the safe itself. They also took a week to call me back with that quote. Polite but not competitively priced. A local competitor did the install for half and were vastly more responsive. Like any other costly endeavor it pays to shop around.

I found a key for my car here that I couldnt find anywhere else, including all the big box retailers and hardware stores. Also, this is a legitimate brick-and-mortar business unlike most of the businesses you will find on Google when you type in "locksmith near Seattle" or the like.

Very helpful and knowledgable. Sorry to the other poster for their bad experience but in all the times and there are many that I have used Bulgers I have not had one bad experience. Truly a great place to do business!!!!

The locksmith showed up early and worked very fast. The charge was the same as his quote over the phone and as a benefit, he also made a spare key for free! I would definitely recommend this locksmith!
