After seeing a positive review in Berkeley Parents Network, I asked Eddie to help us with an old entrance lock (mortise). Before I called him, I had tried finding replacements at Urban Ore and taking it apart. I was ready to put something new in, but Eddie opened up the lock, saw the issue and fixed it. He easily could have sold me a new deadbolt. It was refreshing to see someone who actually was honest and provided great customer service.

Eddie is a seasoned locksmith and recommended by others in his trade. He fixed a deadbolt strikeplate for me and re-keyed another lock in much less time than I expected. I couldnt believe how reasonable his prices were. I would really recommend this great mom & pop business. Theyre a local gem.
