Twice in my life Fife Service & Towing has come to my rescue. This amazing family owned business is a gem within the Fife community. They are always so kind, helpful and welcoming. They truly make tire changes and towing experiences a bit more manageable. Because lets be honest who has time for a flat or a collision? Over ten years ago while I was in high school I got a flat on 72nd in Tacoma. Unable to access my spare, my parents being out of town, it being very late in the evening all while being on an extremely dark road, so I called Fife towing. In less than a half an hour Tom came and managed to get my tire pulled out of my trunk and put back on in just a few minutes. Then just this week my husband was moving our brand new 40 ft trailer and got it extremely stuck. Needless to say, Fife Towing and Service fixed the problem in no time at all. And all it took was a phone call, a few photos and a super hero named Tom and faster than my husband had called to tell me of the disaster FT&S had the trailer out of the mud and back onto solid ground. I cant say enough about this amazing family owned business located in the heart of the PNW.

Tis the muddy season here in the PNW. After days of rain and picking up our 41 5th wheel from the shop, I swung a tad bit too wide onto the farm access road and ended up stuck in our field, a mere 150 from its parking spot. So close but so far away. After calling Fife towing, and a round of pictures sent in, the driver showed up faster than I expected with a rig appropriate for the job. He was able to tow me and my 22,000lbs combined weight out of the mud like it was nothing. Needless to say the hiccup only set us back a couple hours. Without the speedy response from Fife towing, and it would have taken longer to get a response from AAA or Good Sam, we would have had a long night ahead of us. Thank you Fife towing for your exceptional response and your love for helping. You truly are local heros.

We are a 3rd Party Logistics Company and we needed a rescue from a carriers terminal. I called Fife, spoke with Stephanie, explained the unorthodox request and they were on it within minutes. The job was completed, they were pleasant, reasonably priced and our customers freight was delivered on time. I would highly recommend Fife Towing!

My car broke down and needed a tow to the dealer for a recall. Don showed up on time and got my car on the flatbed quickly and efficiently. I followed him to the dealer in my other car. He drove safely and got my car where it needed to be. Thank you for being kind, professional, and so helpful!

If u every get anything impounded or need a tow and want to get robbed call this place theyll rip u off and smile then when u give them ur money they will take it and then tell u cant drive it away cuz u dont have a license like they are police dump hole ur better renting a truck and trailer

If you want people that think they are king, and you are less than dirt, call them! They are johnny on the spot. But beyond that, nocomment . It feels like they are looking down on you from so high up, you have to use a telescope to see their face.

I was locked out of my car at the subway across from bjs in fife. I was told to call this company to help me get into my car. The person who showed up was told by them to charge me $125 Just for being locked out of my car. That is highway robbery.

Needed to tow my car from my current house to my new one. Called Fife towing and scheduled for a tow at 6 oclock. Driver Mike showed up right on time and was great to deal with. He was careful with my car. I will definitely use them again.

These guys have been great to work with in my experience. Its nice that theyre right off I-5 and easy to get to, and theyre in the hub of Fife near Tacoma and Federal Way. Ive known them for nearly 2 years now. Good group of guys.
