My experience was like dealing with a bunch of thieves. Someone came out to "fix" a digital lock for my office and at the end of the service, he came in and said that he had changed the battery, which he said was one that is quite expensive, and said it should last for a very long time. Well that was about 1 month ago and the lock died again. I called them to have a service tech come out again and he told me that I did not "need"the lock I had and I should just put on a padlock and then wanted to charge me a service charge, which I refused to pay. So I called someone else and he came out and looked and said that the expensive battery is actually 5 triple A batteries, of which 3 out of 5 were bad. In addition, he said that it looks like the housing for the batteries was never even touched. Not only did they not fix the lock, but they charged me for a "specialized" battery that was actually 5 regular batteries. When I called to speak to the owner, they wouldnt give me his full name or let me speak to him and they proceeded to hang up on me 4 times. I will NEVER use this company again and if I know anyone that needs a locksmith, this is a company I would NEVER recommend. What a great guy! Mr. KIM is amazing! We have used him twice now for our retail space (Romashka Bridal) on Everett Mall Way. While trying to open one of our doors I broke the key and didnt have a spare one. I called around and was quoted from multiple people a minimum fee of $177 to simply come out, plus additional fees while they were here. so coming to a total of around $220. Mr. Kim quoted me at 65 over the phone and the price didnt change when he got here, the great thing is that he was able to Rekey the other door to match the key for our main door so that we only need one key to open both doors now! If you have a lock or key emergency Evergreen Lock & Key is the place to go. Mr. Kim is a great guy quick and great pricing. Many thanks,

I do not recommend this company. While Mr. Kim was courteous and arrived promptly, 3 of 6 locks I had rekeyed failed to work after a few months time. I was told it was a key problem, although NONE of my keys worked, even the originals that Mr Kim provided me. I was very disappointed to find that the work is only guaranteed for 90 days, so if a problems appears after that time the company will not back their work. Obviously, their competitor will be getting my business.

He had a broken key out of my car door within 5 seconds. Afterwords he sprayed my locks and filed my existing key to reduce the chance of a 2nd broken key. Best of all he charged $18 when I brought my car to his store while others often quoted a higher price over the phone. The keys he made for my car are sturdier and fit the locks much better then the ones Loews made for me. I strongly recommend him.

Finally found a local locksmith in everett. Called a bunch of numbers listed when I searched for a locksmith and they all turned out to be out of state listings. I own a lot of rental properties around Snohomish county and they need to be changed when a tenant moves. Evergreen is quick, cheap and does a quality job, havent had any complaints yet.

I needed a key made for my 1992 Pathfinder. I called 3 or 4 different place and he had the best price, no extra fees. When he showed up there was not enough room for him to make an impression of the lock, so he did it with a magnifying glass and file (I was amazed) and it only took 20 minutes!! Highly recommend

Professional, arrived on time. He opened our filing cabinet in about 2 seconds and left promptly. I would call him again. Some of the other characters out there seem kind of greasy and work only out of vans. I wouldnt want them in my home. But this guy was fine and hes got a verifiable address. I recommend him.

Worse Service Ever!!! Arrived late, couldnt get the key to work on 1 of 3 key locks on my sons motorcycle. We would have used the key on the two locks that the key he made worked on, but no, he had to keep trying and then the key wouldnt work on any of the locks. So he left....
