DONTHUGME IMSCARED

So I recently lost my key to my motorcycle. I didnt have a spare to copy and every single shop around Gresham and Portland wanted 90-120$ to generate me a new key. And they all required I bring the entire bike instead of just the ignition solenoid. I called City lock and key and they were so eager to try and see if they could help me out and told me to drop by with the part. I showed up expecting it to take at least 45 minutes to create a key from scratch but she had it done in 10 minutes flat. I could not believe it and I still dont. She dismantled and lubed up the ignition solenoid inside and out and sold me two brand new keys for 30$. Please do the community a huge favor. If youre looking for a locksmith DO NOT go anywhere else but this wonderful family business. Ive never received customer service like that in my life.

Speedy quick service. Arrived with all the right tools and changed my locks in a blink of an eye. Also went the extra mile to fix another slight problem my door lock had. This is the second time Carl, Lisa and Cody have been to my rescue. First time I locked my keys in my car Thanksgiving Day and Lisa and Cody spend a great chunk of time getting into that sucker and let me tell it took much persistence! Especially because it was Thanksgiving Day I must say they are an exceptional Locksmith service that goes above and beyond good customer service. Awesome service! Carl drove up to Government Camp on a Saturday at the end of his day to help us out. I was able to text a picture of our key to Lisa ensuring that we had the type of key. Super helpful and saved us money as the re-key cost was much less than purchasing new locks. Thank you again for such great quick service!

Today City Lock & Key came to our rescue. My old front door lock broke. I had just returned from the vets with my puppy who had surgery. Cody and his father came and fixed my door. Then they were able to rekey all the other one in my whole home. I cant thank them enough for opening my front door. I feel so much safer now.

City Lock special ordered some deadbolts for me and then installed them at my house and re-keyed the whole house to match. They did excellent work, exactly at the cost quoted with no games or hidden fees. They were affordable and slightly cheaper than the competition. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very professional & very good price. Cheaper than the competitors that I called today. Also important to note: they are 1 of only 3 legitimate locksmith stores in Gresham. So if you go here youll be Sure not to get sucked into a shady backyard deal and waste your $.
