I locked myself and my baby out of my car today. I called Gresham Locksmith Inc. to help me unlock it. The person who answered the phone said that he was fielding a lot of calls and had to put me on hold. But he got my call back number before putting me on hold in case we got disconnected and the hold was pretty short. The after explaining my situation, the man asked if the car was registered in my name. This is a licensed locksmith company, they make sure that they are only helping thw owner into the locked car. This is a professional and responsible company. It did take over an hour before the Locksmith arrived, but they did say that they were busy and Chris called me as soon as he was on his way. Chris was the Locksmith who came to help me unlock my car. Chris was professional, he used the proper tools, so my car wasnt damaged, but as a precocion Chris opened the car from the passenger side. You would be surprised at how many professionals go straight for the driver side door and proceed to ruin the door lock. I had left the lights on too, Chris offered to Jumpstart my car if it didnt start. The car was unlocked quickly, the paperwork and payment system was efficient, smartphone card swipers. Chris even told me to see if my car insurance company might pay back the fee. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend Gresham Locksmith Inc. to my grandmother, because I know she would be well taken care of. Thank you Gresham Locksmith Inc. for being the most professional ,prepared and well thought out locksmith company I have ever worked with.

Needed 10 obviously hard to find keys made for a newly installed gate. After driving around town to eight (8) different places, the guy at Lowes directed me to this place. By that time, I had 1/2 an hour to have the keys made and get to my destination. The gentleman here made 10 keys in less than 10 minutes (and he had no idea I was in a hurry)! I was pretty astounded. So much so that I forgot my cell phone on the counter because when I get astounded, I become forgetful (or it is cause Im getting old?)... Anyways, the guy at the counter ran out the door after me as I was just pulling away and handed me my phone...and they say honesty is hard to come by these days! This will be my first stop next time. Thank you!!!

After my car key broke in half just over an hour before I was scheduled to pick my nieces up from school, I was feeling a tad bit stressed knowing my spare key is 3 hours away and wouldnt arrive until Thanksgiving. I called this locksmith because we have gone here before for our trailer and canopy keys and I was very satisfied with the service that I received today! My car key was replaced in a matter of minutes and worked like a charm! The guys in the shop were friendly and knowledgeable & even explained to me how to program my new key to work in the ignition. went in asking for help with a kwikset inner cylinder issue. (maybe for parts or advice.) was greeted as if i was an inconvenience. after explaining my issues and what attempts i have already tried the only advice i received was i "needed to buy a new secured entry knob". but only thing i needed was cylinder! i always like to shop brick and mortar you know mom and pop. i drove to the dreaded " big box store " and they had exactly what i needed for cheap. its sad a lock specialist did have the part but the HD did. i will never wast my time going here again. or spend $$$ there. giving them two stars and thats being generous

These guys are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Made sure they did everything they could do in helping me get into my locked trunk where my keys were locked into. Its a newer car so the auto locks and trunk opener didnt work when the key wasnt available to unlock them. They worked and worked on it and eventually got the trunk open without breaking any mechanism. They even saved me a "destination" fee due to the circumstances. They couldnt cut me a new key until I got it out. So, they came to me and saved me even more of a headache. I recommend these guys if youre in the area.

Fantastic service!! The guys were friendly, quick and KNOWLEDGEABLE! The key blank I needed was so uncommon that not only was it unavailable at every typical hardware store key-cutter I went to, but the Hyundai dealers didnt even stock it! Gresham had the blanks on hand! I bought two, they worked my locks the first time and the price was right. Unlike everyone else I took the key to, Gresham didnt denigrate me by insisting that it was a "chip" key (it is NOT) and because theyre not morons, they knew that. These guys are good! Go to Gresham if you want your s*** done right!

Very Poor, I called them up when I was stuck at a camping site near Oxbow park and the guy came up and unlocked my car. I paid $80 in cash for the service. He didnt give me a invoice that time saying that he will email it to me once he gets back to his office. He never did. When I called them up some days later asking for the invoice the service representative said that they would never provide service without giving you a invoice. Now who to believe, one of your guys took the cash and never reported the incident to you and took the cash. Poor behavior.

Wow!!! How hard is it to find honest guys! Im blown away by the service I received here... Especially being the "dumb blonde" that I am. Totally car illiterate. These guys got my ignition switched out without doing more work than they had too, which means I save money, and that makes one happy, shopping happy blonde girl! 5 stars for these boys... Hell id give 100 stars to them!

Fast and good I usually get keys made at other generic stores you get a 50 50 chance they will work just stopped in figured why not sick of the keys not working and bring them back 4 times and still not work. Brought my keys in to these guys they work perfectly the first time. If you want your keys to work first time bring them here.
