Super pleased with Mark and the service he provided for replacing my lost car key for my Audi. He is such a professional and a perfectionist (but in the best way possible), you can see hes really invested in his work and serious about doing what he does to perfection. When you use his service you will understand. He flawlessly replaced my audi key, the key works perfectly. Id use him again in a heartbeat for an auto locksmith service or honestly really just any other locksmith service.

Broken Car Key. Car key broke, the broken piece got stuck inside the door. Called Auto Locksmith, the dispatcher transferred the info to the tech..Mark, called back in 1 min. He said he was going to meet at the location where the car was..he was there in 10min..He removed the broken piece and got the key made in less than 5min..Mark was very friendly and funny to talk to. I would like to begin with saying Mark saved my life this evening . Not only was it raining cats and dogs but i happen to be in a horrible neighborhood. I called so many places that just couldnt accommodate me . But thanks to auto locksmith Mark came to the rescue . took him aprox 15 min to reach my location an only 15 mins to fix my ignition. Lost the key to my car and didnt have a spare (stupid I know). Instead of having my car towed to the dealership and having to buy a new key and have them program it I called Mark and he came to my car and made me a new OEM key and a spare key. Didnt have to wait the 1hr estimated time at the dealership and Mark was in and out in minutes. Highly, recommended.

I have 2002 ford focus, ignition was broken couldnt start car and stuck in public parking area. Called them and showed up pretty quick. Marc did a good job getting ignition system fixed on site asap so i dont have to get car towed off site late in the afternoon. He made two replacement keys with chips in no time. Very satisfied with their service.

Amazing work. Mark came out in the evening to fix our lock problem. He made us two new keys for our Honda without changing the locks (the dealer wanted to replace the locks for much more) and educated me while he was doing it, walking me through the process as he worked in his machine-shop equipped custom Mercedes van.

Mark and Daniel were great and met me at my office at a time that was convenient for me with their full mobile workshop. They made a second key remote for my 10 year old BMW and charged half of what the dealer wanted. They were knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again if ever the need arises.
