My key was stuck in the lock and we couldnt get it out. I had tried several things and finally gave up and called integrity locksmith. Dustin went out of his way to help me trouble shoot over the phone and saved me the cost of having to have the locksmith come out. He helped me figure out the issue and get my key unstuck. If I ever need a locksmith in Lake Tahoe I will call them hands down! So grateful for them!!

Robert is a true pro. He saved me from a total nightmare situation when I lost my rental car keys on the mountain. He knew that Chrysler vehicles require a special PIN for key replacement only available at the dealerships but managed to get the code and have me on my way ASAP. Otherwise I would have had to tow the vehicle to Reno! MANY THANKS!!!

This place is really awesome. They are right off the main highway, super easy to find and great service. The inside is very clean and organized and I found everything I needed there. Jesse helped, he was really friendly and helpful. I have also had keys made here and they work perfectly. Love this place, will always be a returning customer.

My husband and I were visiting our family cabin for thanksgiving weekend and we accidentally locked the front door not knowing if either of us had the house keys.
