I lost my only spare car key on Saturday in Downtown Mountain View and let me tell you, trying to get a new one, has been the most annoying process ever. It took me 2 car dealership to get a blank key and went to 6 locksmith only to find out that they were no longer in business. Finally, I came across a family business, Parker Security & Locksmith Service in Fremont. I was welcomed by two sweet little boys who made sure their mom could make me a new key and that they could solve any problem. While I waited for their mom to call for a key code, they taught me about the different types of keys and how they use different methods to approach a customer and amongst other stuff. Finally, I told their mom that her kids were amazing and I wished I had their personality and their communication skills at their age. P.S. The 8 year old boy made sure I left with a business card. Definitely a place I would go back. A post that was meant to be posted since June 18,2013

Talk about helpful!! I needed a new key for my motorcycle and had tried this one place on a friday. (name not worth mentioning) They made me wait 2 hours to show up at their place of business by telling me every ten minutes that they would be there in ten minutes, only to tell me they didnt have the key i needed. Told me to come back monday... so i called them monday to make sure they had recieved the keys... they did but he to told me to come back tuesday. So i decided i wasnt going to play around any more. Found Parkers called them up. He checked right away and called me back to let me know whether or not he had the key I need. Turned out he did, so I gave him the job.. great work.. got two keys made and they work perfect!!!!

I arrived at the store at around 10:30 fully expecting to spend the rest of the day there. Then came the call!!! Bridget stated she could have a locksmith there in minutes and get the lock rekeyed and I could be on my way. Tucker showed up clean cut professional and worked diligently to get the job done at a great price. I should have called you guys the first time!! Fair, honest and on time. Too good to be true. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past in today’s world so it happens it needs to be commended. Be proud of these two. Today they went above and beyond.

I had Schlage door lock with high security rating and none of the big box retails (Home Depot/Lowes/OSH) could do a good job of key duplication. Almost gave up until I came across Parkers "Keys Made Here" sign along Fremont Blvd. on my way to work. I decided to give it a try and Im a happy customer of Parker Locksmith now. Customer service is excellent and prices are competitive. I have several rental props and will definitely use Parker service from now on.

Great place to get keys made for older cars. Tried regular hardware stores...they could do nothing for my 1998 Subaru. Owners wife was very friendly want helpful. Will go back anytime I need a key made. They were also helpful with my bf question about his remote access on fixing it.

Love Parker security ! Harry is a great guy and has helped me out a number of times . One of the best commercial locksmith shops around . Yes, they have a physical shop that you can walk into during regular business hours and have keys made. They also offer mobile service.
