TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... I clearly asked if they work with commercial locks, and the first response I got was attitude; "All youre talking about is lock--what lock are you talking about?" Then when I repeated myself he simply said, "We dont have anyone until 4pm today, Im sorry." I then asked how much they would charge, and he immediately hung up on me... I dont think thats the first impression you should give new customers... ***TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***

I went to Schwenk to get a copy made of my car key that was going to cost me over $100 elsewhere. Bought a blank key online, brought it in and was out in less than 15 minutes and $40. Anyone complaining of customer service issues is expecting too much from a small locksmith shop. Dont expect a friendly smile but the man behind the counter knows his stuff and of you treat him with respect you will get it in return.

This is our second time using this shop. The owner is great. Very fair prices. He is one of the best shops in the area for transponder keys. He has a dry sense of humor that my be off-putting to some. Get over it. You will save a fortune going here and the service is first rate. Little details like telling you the programming PIN for your car make a big difference.

Guy was a dick over the phone, needed a simple car key duplicated and he got all pretentious and said he could do it in 30 seconds. Got to the store and the guy said he wouldnt cut it because he doesnt want to and doesnt wanna be the blame if the key doesnt work... how is this place still open?

Worst customer service and charges high price. Owner is old, grumpy and feels irritated. You are a total disgrace, just retire before you self destruct your business. Please AVOID this place at all times.
