I recently had some mechanical issues with my car and was told that my keys no longer worked and should get new ones made. I called Coast Lock and Safe and Kirsten told me to bring it in. After trying the keys in the doors and trunk (which I had not even thought to do), it appeared it was my ignition lock cylinder which they told me would take about an hour and cost approximately $100 to fix. After spending time to take it apart and problem solve it - Kirsten could not replicate the problem and after cleaning it up and putting it back together, I was on my way with working parts and keys and half the cost expected! Professional, friendly, competent.

Fast and friendly. I brought in a lock to have it re-keyed and expected to drop it off and pick it up later. But no, they re-keyed it and made four new keys within 10 minutes while I waited. And, they didnt over charge me for the service. NICE!
