Im super impressed with First Lock and Security. Gary was efficient, professional and friendly from my first interaction with him to the completion of a very large project. We needed to replace several different doorknobs, install deadbolts and rekey several of the deadbolts. Gary created and adjusted the estimate quickly. During the installation, his team was incredible. They worked together. They were much faster than we anticipated, and they cleaned up as they went. We barely noticed their presence and everything is perfect.

Gary from First Lock came by a few months ago on short notice to replace part of a lock after a burglary at my home. I had asked several locksmiths whether they could swap out the bolt in an existing lock with a longer one due to the gap between my door and the doorjamb, but they seemed uninterested or confused by the request.
