It is not often when an experience goes above and beyond these days. My experience with Northwest Safe was one of those "above and beyond" experiences. I recently bought a safe from Northwest Safe Co, and the sales experience was terrific. We were never pressured, we were shown many different models and I have to say the showroom is a thing of beauty. I could walk around in there for hours, looking at all the different products. This isnt a showroom with a few different models, this is a showroom FILLED with different makes, models and configurations of safes - and the sales folks will guide you around to show you different examples of what you may be looking for. Once I decided on the particular model that would suit us, David Jr. carefully wrote up our order, explained everything, helped us with available options, and gave us a general time frame when the safe would be ready, and when it would be delivered. Once it got close to delivery time, David Jr. checked in with us and firmed up a date for it to be delivered and installed. He also nailed the timing as I originally said it would be great to have it before Christmas, and he made that happen. Heres where these guys absolutely crushed it. They called me up on day of delivery to inform me exactly when they would arrive. They arrived just as they said, and took a look at where I wanted to have the safe installed. So because I am not that bright, the area I had in mind for the safe to live wasnt quite wide enough. (Yay Me) After some discussion, I cut up the walls to make some room and these guys helped me because Bob Villa I am not. So after they helped me get the space ready, they carefully moved the safe from the truck to the house and got it into position. This was a serious undertaking. They were extremely careful during this to make sure my house wasnt damaged and they worked as a team to make it happen. Once they got it installed and leveled, they bolted it to the floor, plugged it in, and programmed the combination for me. They then explained what I should do next (let the safe acclimate, etc) and asked if I had any other questions. They then collected all of their gear and got ready to split. The bottom line is that if you want to hire a piano mover or some other half assed outfit to install your safe, good luck with that. These guys are PROS! Leave it to the pros, give these guys a call and you wont have to worry about anything. A+ service, communication, and follow through. Would definitely do business with again!! Like I think many first time safe buyers, I really didnt have too much of an idea of what I was looking for or what I exactly wanted. I started the shopping process like many and as an avid Costco supporter, that was my first stop. I was ready to purchase my first safe and for my needs, costcos price and quality seemed to fit the bill. HOLD ON! Minutes before my purchase decision a friend recommended I check out NW safes in Enumclaw. After a quick google check I saw pictures of their showroom and new that before making a decision, I needed to see it in person for myself. The second I walked in the door Karen greeted me and shared her passion and expertise for a wide variety of safes and for the company she represents. She was very informative and I could tell right from the beginning it didnt matter if I bought a $300 safe or $6,000 safe, she truly cared about what my needs and wants were. After 2 hours in the showroom pacing back and forth I thought I had the safe I wanted. I agreed to purchase and set up delivery and install for the following week. That night I kept thinking about my decision, I wasnt sold I made the right choice. I made a return trip to the showroom the next day and there was Karen, supportive of my thoughts but not pushy or bothered by my long drawn out decision. I changed my order for a larger safe which I really fell in love with the interior. Easy as that, my order was changed and it was only 6 days until my perfect safe was delivered! I couldnt wait. The morning of delivery at 7am I received s phone call from what sounded like a very happy and enthusiastic employee telling me they were 15 minutes away. I hung up the phone excited and in aw of this "delivery mans" tone. I am the General Manager of a plumbing and heating company that serves Western Washington and I was already blown away by the process. When Kalen and Gary arrived they were thorough, professional, and efficient in every way. This was no "delivery guy" this was another well trained happy employee who prides himself on exceptional customer service. All in all, buying a safe from anywhere else is a mistake, the prices are highly competitive if not the best around and the service is beyond what you would expect or hope for. 6 star rating if I could for the entire team at NW Safe!

This company has been fantastic from start to finish! We bought our safe over the summer, and they were extremely helpful in helping us find the right one in their showroom. The initial delivery process was smooth and professional. I was very impressed with how they maneuvered the safe into my home and installed it. We just recently sold our home and bought a new one, and the safe came with us. My wife arranged the move, and the moving company saw the safe and swore to her that they could move it and install it. When the move happened, the movers struggled and strained with our safe. It was not the same professional operation as I had experienced with the NW Safe crew when our safe was initially delivered. Our movers almost killed themselves trying to bring the safe into our new home. They had four guys straining and struggling with an appliance dolly. They offered to bring it up the stairs, where it was supposed to go, but required us to sign a waiver of release for damage and danger. That was unacceptable. So, the safe sat in our utility room, uninstalled and empty, while I scheduled the professionals from NW Safe to come back out. The only "knock" I have with NW Safe is that they are extremely busy and getting on their delivery schedule can be tricky. Once they came out, however, the process was fantastic. Gary (who had delivered my safe initially) and Kalen were great. They protected our home, they moved and installed the safe up the stairs, helped me set it back up, and were professional and courteous throughout. When the process was finished, my wife told me how right I was to have wanted to work with the professionals from the jump. We would have done so initially, but the logistics of our move and the NW Safe delivery schedule were very hard to coordinate. That said, I am extremely impressed with this company and their crew--from floor sales to delivery. I highly recommend working with them, and I thank them for their expertise and professionalism. I cant say enough great things. Thank you!

100% Satisfied. I had been planning to buy a large gun/fire safe for several years, just waiting for the right time, money, place to put it etc. I had been looking primarily at the Liberty Safes at Cabbellas, and had pretty much made up my mind thats where I was going to buy the safe. There arent too many locations/dealers that sell safes where you can touch, feel, open up etc before you buy. I had heard the commercials for NW Safe In Enumclaw on the radio for quite a while so I decided to make the 1 hour drive to go check them out. I am glad I did. Their floor room was amazing. A huge selection of safes, different sizes, models, colors, brands. We were able to see the exact safe we wanted. We made the purchase the same day, and Liberty Lincoln 35-Gun Safe in Champagne Marble, and set up delivery. The price was better than Cabbalas as well, but in all fairness to Cabbalas, their safes that are essentially the same model as the Lincoln have a gloss black finish, the only option for that model at Cabbalas, and that option is a few hundred dollars more expensive. But once we saw the Champagne color, we new it would blend in very nicely to the colors in our home, and not stand out, which was important to us. We wanted to put the safe in our walk in closet, but the clearance was very tight, and I was afraid it wouldnt fit thru the door. But NW Safe has the expertise to disassemble the handle/hub just a little bit more than the standard, and they were able to squeeze it thru my closet door with lees than 1/2 inch to spare. The delivery team was outstanding. They showed up on time and had no issues moving the safe into my home. I have hardwoods throughout my home and not a single scratch. I would recommend NW Safe in Enumclaw to anyone.
