Requested a tech to come out to my place at 3:15 PM. On the phone they were short, rude and provided me with no estimated time of arrival. I figure its okay because I dont have anything planned for a while. 4 hours later at 7:15, I call back to see what was going on. They put me on hold only to tell me they cant get ahold of the tech who was supposed to have come out. They offer to send another person out in 90 minutes, irritated this point I reluctantly agreed thinking 90 minutes is better than 4 hours. Then 20 minutes later they call me back saying they are too tired to come out today because they didnt notice the town i lived in was 20 minutes away from them. Even though i stated my address 4 hours previously. So Im pretty pissed off at this point and ask if I could make another appointment the following day. And they said no, for me to call them back the next day and go through the whole process again. Needless to say I will NEVER be giving them my business...

This is my first online review of any kind. I am writing this because Redmond Key Locksmith did such a great job that I wanted to share my experience. After sending RKL a photo of my lock and deadbolt, RKL sent a quote that beat all the other quotes I had gotten. They scheduled Justin, one of their techs, to come out that same day. He arrived on time, was professional, respectful, and finished the job quickly and correctly. He took my CC information on the spot. If you want a professional, reliable, and talented locksmith, then look no further - this is the locksmith for you.

The tech was great, this has nothing to do with them. Decent speed, but the website says 15 for the service call and 30 for a vehicle lockout... I was told with my vehicle the cost would be 190,which is a bit over what I expected, although I knew the prices wouldnt be exact. If there was going to be that much variation in prove, I would have thought they would ask what kind of car I drive. Tech was friendly and helpful, I just think thats dishonest to post a cheap price, only to more than quadruple the prove upon arrival.

I found myself locked out of my car after having dinner with some friends. It was late. All I wanted to do was get back in my car and on my way. The call I made to Redmond Key Locksmith was the only one I needed to make. They came out right away and got me back into my car and on the road quickly. Fast, friendly, and affordable. I cant say enough good things. This is the only locksmith you need to keep in your mobile phone.

Dont waste your time with any other locksmiths!! These guys are professional, and timely. We had a difficult time getting a locksmith to come out to our house in North Bend and wasted several hours waiting around (after hours) until we finally called Redmond Key Locksmith.
