Ive used these guys 2x. First time, they made a fob for my used car. Their shop is not pleasing to the eye. Its like a car shop, smells like it but without the car. Old dusty merchandise hanging on dusty wall. Same in glass display, old dusty stuff. Open boxes of locks thrown on the floor, like a unmanaged dumping ground. Well, the blade of the fob broke so I brought it back for them to fix. It was suppose to be an easy fix but a week passed, no call. I had to call day 5, only to be told they didnt have my number. Nothing was done to repair the blade. Their customer service is non-existent. They appear to be busy, but cant keep schedules or promises straight. I use these guys out of convenience and that the fob was originally purchase from them. Warranty is non-existent and they dont stand behind their products. In short, after they fix my fob, that is the last time I will use them. I dont recommend their services. Go somewhere else.

Family Fun Zone

I had some keys made took it home to try it out. Key didnt work so I called their phone number an hour after keys were made 5:30 the owner answered and stated they were closed but then began to accuse me of not trying the keys right away. I live an hour away from where I had the keys made. He actually started getting defensive and accusatory and yelling over the phone insinuating that it was my fault that they made the key wrong. You can look at the key and one they made is visible different than the original. Never have I experienced customer service this horrible before.

Theres maybe nothing as frustrating as locking your keys in your car. Which makes it doubly important that you get your car open quickly and safely. I called Chida and they were out to my house in a matter of 15 minutes and Joe got my car open in another 5. And he was super friendly about it! Would highly recommend this place for any kind of locksmith services you need. I know Ill have their number saved on my phone if (heaven forbid) theres a next time.

The Guy is very rude. quotes very high price than others . I had to make duplicate keys of my car using key code. he quoted 75$ when i asked him is it his final price and can he reduce it. he started saying "I have lot of work to do if u want it come and get it at 75 ". He could have just said no i cant do it. I am happy that I found parker security fremont who did the same at 25$ including key (Chindi locksmith )

I want to copy a 1999 Nissan car key. The car is too old. I went to many places where they dont offer this key. But they all referred this store store to me. So I went to this store. Although David didnt have the key, he ordered one for me. He is really a good guy. He offered me student discount. I will go there again if I need help.

I found this place on yelp and was very skeptical about trying this place out because of the reviews. But I was glad I took the chance because I got my Honda keys replaced both the key being cut and the lock door transmitter remote for a decent price compared to the Honda Dealer

I had auto keys programmed for my Nissan Altima 2015. The proximity sensor keys were programmed and manual key cut to satisfaction. The charges for the service was not expensive. Overall a great experience.

Youd better check the normal price before you go there. I went there for programming 2 remote keys. I checked online, some people did that for more then 50$. But they ask 150$. I finally did it for 100$.
