Bought a blank key for them to cut, they messed it up. They told me that if they had known that the blade wasnt exactly the same they could have done it. How was I supposed to know, their whole job revolves around keys. They should know. Didnt even give me a refund or replace my key, Im never going back.

I bought a used motorcycle yesterday and only had one key. I had called a locksmith store in Redmond. That locksmith didnt carry blanks for duplicate keys, they only rekeyed motorcycles. They did recommend Bona-fide in Kirkland. They had exactly what I needed, and I was promptly helped.

one of the best. went to many shop formy car key, only this one can do it. they know everything about keys and locks. so cheap and fast and they went extra to lube my car lock. really good people here.
