My Chinese mother in law needed a replacement key for a Medeco lock which requires a keycard to make copies. She walked into this place to see if they could make a copy without the card. All she did was ask if they could make a copy of the key and the man said to her (in front of other customers) "You dont have a key? You dont have the card? Throw away the lock. Thats what we do in the US." What kind of racist, rude comment is that to a perfectly innocent question? And did he have to embarrass her in front of other people? . Nice customer service skills there, buddy. You know what else we do in this country? We can ALSO leave reviews.

Ed & Robert are old school wizards when it comes to locks. I have an 8 year old motorcycle, that I had stored for a while. Needless to say the people that were watching it, keeping it charged, ad running it a few times a month didnt. They even lost my last key to my baby. Well these guys were able to cut a new key that fits every lock on the bike. If you have never owned a foreign one Ill tell you there are 7 different locks. Highly recommend you take your locks to them.

These guys are fabulous! I bought a truck with a missing remote that my local dealership was going to charge an obscene amount for. I called the good folks at KC and they not only researched my problem they were ready when I showed up ( I didnt even confirm I was coming) and fixed me up in twenty minutes for about half of what the dealer was going to charge. Give these people your business!

Initially talked with Ed and he had Steve come out almost right away to replace our sliding door lock on our house. Friendly and quick service and they were a little less on cost for the repair than some others I spoke with.
